Policy Notification and Acknowledgment
All members are notified about Tava Health’s cancellation and no-show policies as part of the scheduling process. Before a member can schedule or join a session, they are required to review and sign the provider’s policy. This signed acknowledgment serves as confirmation that members understand and agree to the terms of these policies.
Application of No-Show Fees
If a member misses a session without adhering to the cancellation policy, a no-show fee may be applied according to the provider’s terms.
Waiving No-Show Fees
Providers have the option to waive a no-show fee within 72 hours after it has been applied. However, this time frame is the only window for such adjustments.
Irreversibility of Processed Fees
Once the 72-hour period has passed and the no-show fee has been processed, it becomes non-reversible. Providers cannot directly reverse a successfully processed charge.
These policies are designed to promote accountability and minimize disruptions for both members and providers.
