To add a member to Tava from Tava Guide:
- From the Clients list, click "Add Client."
- From the "Add a Client" page, fill in all the fields and then click "Add Client."
Additional notes:
- If the "Case ID" field is present, your organization has been configured to require a case ID to create a client. Some partners use referral or case IDs to "link" a Tava client to a case or client in their own client management system. In addition, requiring this ID forces members to contact your organization to obtain sponsored access to Tava. Tava doesn't validate any input into this field aside from requiring a value.
- If the "Contract" field is present, your organization has been configured to support multiple session caps. The contracts listed are typically differentiating how many covered sessions a client will receive.
