The process for adding a dependent to Tava is the same as the process for adding a member. To create a dependent, use the dependent's information to fill in first name, last name, email, date of birth and state.
Additional notes:
- Minors currently need to register for Tava at https://care.tavahealth.com/signup. Functionality for adding minors from the partner app is coming soon.
- Member email addresses must be unique in Tava. If you receive an error when creating an account for a dependent, note that a parent or guardian may already be using that email address.
- Dependents must be at least 13 years old to register for Tava.
