Tava Guide includes both upcoming scheduled appointments and appointment history on the member profile so care navigators can review what has already happened for that member.
How to review appointment history
- Navigate to the member profile by:
- Searching for the name of the member on the member tab
- Selecting a member from recent activity on the referral management dashboard
- Scroll to the Upcoming or Previous Appointments section on the profile.
- Review the details for each appointment, including date, provider name, session type, coverage type, session details and attendance information.
