Each member profile in Tava Guide includes a member progress tracker that shows where the member is in the journey from referral to first attended appointment.
The tracker is located on the member profile, and includes five time-stamped stages:
- Welcome Sent: The member is created by a care coordinator.
- Member Signed Up: The member has created a password and logged in.
- Intake Completed: The member has completed all intake paperwork.
- Appointment Scheduled: The member has a first appointment on the schedule, including pending appointments.
- Appointment Attended: The member has attended their first appointment.
Once the member has completed all steps, the tracker will show Onboarding Complete.
